The videos below can be watched and followed without actually meeting me face to face.
They are intended for anyone who wants to improve their state of mind and relinquish anxiety, depression, anger or any mental anguish. They may not answer all of your questions, but the Still Mind Training Steps our intended for you to carry out the work in order to find balance and peace in your life. You will become your own teacher.
When watching the videos I speak as though you have had face to face counselling with me. (If you have not, just carry on and ignore those bits)
If you are attempting to go through the course by yourself please watch the video on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy first. Also watch the introduction video below which explains how to follow the program.
