I have studied counselling, psychology, philosophy, religion and spirituality for more than 20 years. I practice Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi. This website is based on tried and tested meditations which improve the mind and our overall mental wellbeing.

I am a qualified counsellor and meditation instructor and offer private zoom consultations for a price of £20. But it is my intention to reach as many people as possible with free resources that will help improve their state of mind and their overall life.

Meet The Family

I would like to say a big thank you to my wife and two sons who have motivated and encouraged me to help others. As a family we enjoy meditating together and fell walking in the lake district. Life only has meaning if you share it with others and I am so lucky that i get to share it with them.

A correction in perception is needed to free yourself from mental anguish. Perception is a result of thoughts and beliefs from the past. Let go of the past and place all your focus and attention on everything you do in the present, this leads to the undoing of fear, false beliefs, limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.
